The agency might not lay these out for you. Instead, they want you to believe it's going to be wine and roses and smooth sailing.
What if the house doesn't sell when expected? Well, forget about that real estate commission rate calculator; you'll need to add up some more fees first in most cases. If they can't sell your home, they're not going to take the blame. You'll need to pay more money for something… it's inevitable. So before you consider the classic option, search around for viable alternatives. Try looking at a remote realtor operating on the web.
