Do I have to pay up-front?
Yes. We provide real, tangible services that will be delivered very quickly upon payment. This is no different to traditional agents who ask you to commit to marketing costs up front, whether your house sells or not. Back to top
How do you calculate your savings versus traditional real estate agents?
If you sell a your own home with a traditional agent, you'll pay the following:
  • Solicitor (approx $1,250)
  • Marketing costs (approx $5,000)
  • Commissions (generally between 2.5% and 3.0% plus GST of the final sale price).
As such on a $500,000 home, the cost of selling is generally around $20,000 - $22,750. Back to top
