- Stacey Lappin is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of www.Remoov.com.au, and a a successful property investor and renovator in NSW, the ACT, and Queensland. Stacey grew up in the Riverina district of Country NSW, before moving to Canberra in 1996, and then Sydney in 1999. Stacey has recently been featured in numerous publications including The Daily Telegraph, Sydney Morning Herald, Business Review Weekly, Think Big Magazine, Sunday Mail, the West Australian, Australian Property Investor Magazine and the Australian Venture Capital Journal. Stacey has been asked to speak at the CPA Future Leaders Australian Conference in October 2009 on Small Business, Big Opportunity.
- Stacey has a Master of Commerce (International Business) from the Australian School of Business at the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from the Australian National University. Stacey speaks both Mandarin and Indonesian.

- Matthew has more than a decade in property, the majority of which was with international investment bank, Macquarie Group Limited (ASX: MQG). As a director in Macquarie's Real Estate Group, Matthew was responsible for numerous major property development transactions across all property sectors (residential, commercial, and industrial) in NSW, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, and the ACT, with an end value of many billions of dollars.
- Matthew has extensive experience in property development, structured finance, debt capital markets, and unlisted funds management, and significant relationships in both listed and private companies spanning the full gamut of investment banking, property development, debt markets and equity raising activities.
- Matthew currently holds a senior leadership position with leading Canberra-based property development group, The Molonglo Group, creating some of Australia's most innovative, and environmentally sustainable residential and commercial developments.
- Matthew has a Master of Commerce (Advanced Finance) from the Australian School of Business at the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra.

- Peter Icklow is the CEO and owner the Monarch Investments Group, one of Australia's largest and most successful private land developers, responsible for creating some of eastern Australia's finest residential lifestyle estates.
- In 2005, Monarch celebrated 50 years as a leader in land and housing, with Peter Icklow leading the company for more than 35 years, during which time it has developed over 4,000 residential lots.
- Peter is one of Australia's foremost commentators on issues of property development, land supply, tax and housing affordability on national radio, television, and print media.

- Peter Sarris is Managing Director and Principal of NDH Property Services, a family owned company founded in the early 1960s that has grown to become one of Australia's largest private property developers and owners.
- NDH is a leader in environmental sustainability, with all of its buildings targeted to obtain ratings with the Green Building Council.
- Based in Canberra, Peter is active in the property industry, and served on the Property Council's ACT Division Council from 2003 – 2004. Peter is currently a director of Canberra CBD Limited, a Not-For-Profit Company charged with marketing the Canberra City Centre as a pre-eminent retail, lifestyle, and commercial precinct.
- Peter was named 2009 ACT Property Person of the Year by the Property Council, and is a highly respected member of the Canberra community.
- Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Canberra.
